Terms Of Use

letting our technicians start work. Allowing our expert to commerce service constitutes acceptance of this agreement in its entirety.

Estimates

The estimate section of the service order summarizes the expenses for the parts and services we quote that are needed to repair your home appliances. By accepting the service order, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms of use of the price quote and the agreed-upon scope of work. If applicable, sales taxes are included in the price quotes.

Appointments

All appointments are fixed, based on earliest availability, between 8 a.m. to 5 a.m. We will assign a 2-3hrs window a day before the service and request your confirmation by phone and email. If you fail to confirm the appointment, we can’t guarantee the service. Part installation of any home appliance we repair will not be scheduled until the part has arrived.

Service Call Fee

A customer can request a service call to the task by a quality expert. It’ll be boiled from the time the technician leaves the office to travel to the job and the time needed to analyze the issue.

The customer shall provide suitable parking. Our appliance repair technicians will cancel the appointment, if parking is not available with restricted permit parking only. By requesting the service clients authorize the service call to be performed at the cost quoted and understand the service call and deposit funds (if applicable) are not refundable.

Our service call fee and labor fees are not refundable. Depending on your area, time, and multiple other factors, our service calls are normally $120 + HST. If you’re paying with a credit card only, an additional 3 percent card convenience fee might be added.

Repair Cost

Appliance Repair costs are based on the task, not on the time to repair takes to perform.

Completed Appliance Repair

The appliance repair is considered completed if the customer paid for it in full and/or signed the acceptable document. Payment or repair in full will also indicate the customer has tested and reviewed the appliance and the service is completed to their satisfaction. We provide no refunds on ongoing or completed orders.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Someone 18 years of age or older must be required at the time of service.
  • The customer must have a valid form of payment readily available at every time during the expert’s scheduled visit. We don’t accept cheques.
  • Technicians must have unrestricted simple access to the appliance, without any interference from kids, pets, and all other distractions. Dismount the dryer and washer, if stacked, and empty the appliances.
  • Customers shall not smoke near the work area.

Parts

We only use high quality parts. If the parts we use fail during warranty time, we’ll pay for replacement parts but you’ll have to pay handling and shipping fees. If parts fail due to normal wear and tear outside of the warranty period, we’ll charge our regular price for the replacement of the part.

Maar24 technicians will always do their best to leave the work area clean as it was before. The client understand that some jobs need moving appliance around, and by ordering the repair service customer acknowledge that Maar24 and its experts will be held liable for damage done to walls, tiles floors, etc.
